Antalya Transfer Prices: Fixed Price per Vehicle

Our transfers are private: the vehicle carries only you and your group, so the price is set for the vehicle and not for each passenger. A couple and a family of six travelling in the same Minivan on the same route pay the same amount. This is the main difference from a shared shuttle bus, where every seat is paid separately and the bus stops at several hotels on the way.

The price is fixed in advance. It does not run on a meter, it does not go up in traffic and it does not change if your flight lands late. What we confirm to you in writing on WhatsApp or by e-mail is what you pay in the vehicle.

Only a few things decide the price of a transfer, and the live table and calculator on this page already take them into account:

• Distance and route. A short ride from Antalya Airport (AYT) to Lara, about 20 minutes, costs less than the drive to Side (about 75 minutes), Alanya (about 2 hours) or Kaş (about 3 hours).
• Vehicle class. The Minivan (1–6 passengers) is the most economical choice, the VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) adds comfort and a premium interior, and the Mercedes Sprinter (8–16) is for larger groups.
• One-way or return. A return transfer is simply two fixed one-way rides booked together, airport to hotel and hotel back to the airport, with both dates and times agreed in advance.
• Airport. Besides Antalya we also drive from Gazipaşa-Alanya (GZP), Dalaman, Bodrum-Milas and İzmir; the price follows the actual route.

The number of suitcases, the time of day and the day of the week do not change the price.

The fixed price already covers everything a normal airport transfer needs. There are no hidden extras added at the end of the ride:

• Meet & greet: your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name.
• Flight tracking: we follow your flight, and if it is delayed the driver waits at no extra cost.
• Luggage: no luggage fee; just tell us about bulky items such as golf bags, bicycles or strollers.
• Night rides: no night surcharge, the same price at 3 a.m. as at noon.
• Child seats: baby seats, child seats and boosters are free on request.
• Door to door: straight to your hotel, villa or apartment, without stops at other hotels.

The table and calculator show the fixed prices for the most common routes. If your destination is not listed, or you want to combine several stops, send us your request and we reply with a fixed price within 1 minute, day or night.

• Write to us 24/7 on WhatsApp or use the booking form.
• Tell us the airport, your hotel or address, the date, your flight number, the number of passengers and children, and your luggage.
• We confirm the fixed price, the vehicle and the meeting details in writing.

There is no prepayment: you pay in the vehicle at the end of the ride, in cash or by card if agreed in advance. If your plans change, cancellation is free; simply let us know as early as you can.

The cheapest option is the smallest vehicle that fits your group and luggage comfortably. As a rule of thumb:

• Couples and families up to 6 with normal suitcases: the Minivan is the economical choice.
• Up to 7 passengers who want extra comfort, business travellers or special occasions: the VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito.
• Groups of 8 to 16, golf groups, wedding guests or several families together: the Mercedes Sprinter, which is usually better value than two smaller vehicles.
• More than 16 people: we combine several vehicles that travel together.

If you carry golf bags, diving equipment, a wheelchair or several strollers, mention it when you ask for a quote. We will suggest the vehicle that fits, so nothing has to be squeezed in at the airport.

A few simple habits help you get a clear price and a relaxed trip:

• Book your return ride together with your arrival, so both legs are fixed at once.
• Remember that the price is for the vehicle: the more people share it, the lower the cost for each of them.
• Always give your flight number, not only the time, so delays are covered automatically.
• Ask for child seats in advance with the children's ages, so the right seats are in the car.
• Keep the written confirmation on your phone; it shows the agreed fixed price.

Whatever route you choose, the rule stays the same: one fixed price for the vehicle, agreed in advance, paid in the vehicle.
