The distance is roughly 85 km and the transfer normally takes about 70 minutes. From the airport south of İzmir, the route joins the city ring road and then the motorway west across the peninsula, past the exits for Urla and Alaçatı, before reaching Çeşme. On summer weekends, traffic towards the coast can be heavier, and your driver plans for it.

For an international flight, plan to be at the airport about 2 to 3 hours before departure, and check your airline's advice. With a drive of around 70 minutes plus a margin for traffic, a pick-up about 4 hours before take-off works well. For a 15:00 flight, for example, we would usually collect you at around 11:00 from Çeşme.
