• 1. Send your details on WhatsApp or through the booking form: arrival date, flight number, number of passengers, luggage and the exact hotel or address.

• 3. Meet your driver in arrivals. After passport control and baggage claim, your driver waits with a name sign at the arrivals exit.

Antalya Airport (AYT) has two international terminals and a separate domestic terminal. Which one you arrive at depends on your airline and route, and charter and scheduled flights can use different buildings.

You do not need to work this out yourself. Just send us your flight number and airline; we check the terminal and your driver waits at the correct arrivals exit. If your ticket already shows the terminal, mention it in your message as well. If you arrive on a domestic connection from another Turkish city, say so, because the domestic terminal has its own exit.

Once you have your luggage, walk out through the arrivals doors and look for your name on the sign. If you cannot see your driver straight away, message us on WhatsApp and we connect you immediately.

Summer weekends and the busy changeover days can add some time. For the far east of Alanya, Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP) may be closer; we serve that airport too, as well as Dalaman, Bodrum-Milas and İzmir.

Every transfer is private, and you choose the vehicle that fits your group. We do not use small cars, so there is always room for suitcases.

There is no luggage fee. Golf bags, prams and extra suitcases are welcome; just tell us about them when you book so we send a vehicle with enough space. Child seats are free on request: give us the ages of your children and the seats are installed before you get in.

Delays are part of travelling, so we plan for them.

• Flight tracking: we follow your flight, so if it lands early or late your driver adjusts automatically.
• Free waiting on delays: you are not charged extra because your plane was late.
• No night surcharge: a late-night or early-morning landing costs the same as a daytime one.
• No prepayment: you pay in the vehicle, in cash, or by card if agreed in advance.

At the airport you will also find a taxi rank and shared shuttle services. Both work, but they come with trade-offs.

• Taxi rank: the meter decides the price, you queue after a long flight, and a child seat or a large vehicle is not guaranteed.
• Shared shuttle: you wait until the bus is full and then stop at many hotels before yours, which can turn a short drive into a long one.
• Private transfer: a fixed price per vehicle agreed in advance, a driver waiting for you by name, the vehicle size you need and a direct route with no detours.

For families and groups the price per vehicle often makes a private transfer a sensible choice, and the time saved at the start of a holiday is hard to beat.
