Antalya Transfer Luggage: Suitcases, Strollers & Golf Bags

On a private Antalya transfer there is no luggage fee: you simply tell us how many suitcases and bulky items you have, and we send a vehicle with enough space for people and bags. The key is to give exact counts when you book – suitcases, hand luggage, strollers, golf bags, bike boxes or a folding wheelchair.

The one rule: tell us exact counts when you book

The vehicle is chosen for your group and your luggage, not for the number of seats alone. That is why the booking form and our WhatsApp chat ask for more than the number of passengers. Six people with six cabin bags is a very different job from six people with twelve large suitcases, two strollers and a golf bag each.

When you book, please tell us:

  • the number of adults, children and babies (with the children's ages);
  • the number of large suitcases and the number of hand-luggage pieces;
  • anything bulky or long: strollers, golf bags, bike boxes, diving bags, surfboards, wheelchairs;
  • any special size, for example an extra-long board bag or an oversized bike box.

With this information we assign a vehicle that fits everyone and everything comfortably. If your plans change – an extra suitcase, a friend joining – just send an update before the trip.

Suitcases and hand luggage: which vehicle?

We work with three vehicle types, all private, so only your group travels in the car:

  • Minivan for 1–6 passengers;
  • VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito for 1–7 passengers;
  • Mercedes Sprinter for 8–16 passengers.

We deliberately do not publish a fixed "number of suitcases" per vehicle, because bags vary so much in size. Instead, we look at your real list and decide. A family of four with standard luggage usually travels comfortably in a Minivan or Vito. A group of six or seven adults, each with a big suitcase and hand luggage, may already be better off in a larger vehicle.

Good to know: a large group with a lot of luggage may need a Sprinter even if everyone could sit in a smaller vehicle. Seats are only half of the picture – the boot space matters just as much. You can read more about larger vehicles in our guide to group transfers with a Sprinter and see all vehicles on the fleet page.

Strollers, prams and child seats

Travelling with small children usually means extra items: a stroller or pram, sometimes a travel cot, plus a changing bag. Folding strollers are no problem – just count them as a bulky item when booking. If you bring a large pram that does not fold flat, mention it, so we can plan the space.

Child seats are free on request. Tell us how many you need and the age of each child (and roughly the weight for small babies), and the right seats will be fitted before you get in. You don't need to carry your own seat from home, although you are welcome to if your child is used to it – just add it to the luggage list.

More tips for parents are in our article on travelling to Antalya with babies.

Golf bags for Belek and beyond

Many guests fly into Antalya for a golf holiday in Belek, and golf bags are long and heavy. They fit, but they take up much more room than a suitcase, so the number of golf bags is an important part of the booking.

  • Tell us how many golf bags and whether they are in hard travel cases or soft covers.
  • Four golfers with four golf bags plus suitcases usually need more space than four people with normal luggage.
  • For golf groups we often suggest a VIP Vito or a Sprinter, depending on the total amount.

If you are planning a golf trip, our golf transfer page explains how airport transfers and rides between hotel and course can be combined.

Bikes in boxes, diving gear and surfboards

Sports equipment is welcome. What matters is the size, so please describe it when you book:

  • Bicycles should travel packed in a bike box or bike bag. Tell us how many boxes and roughly how big they are.
  • Diving gear usually comes in a heavy, large bag. Count it as a separate bulky item, not as a normal suitcase.
  • Surfboards, kitesurf and SUP bags are long. Give us the length of the bag so we can check that the vehicle can take it inside.

For one or two bulky items a Minivan or Vito is often enough. Several bike boxes or board bags together with suitcases may mean a Sprinter is the better choice. We would rather send a bigger vehicle than ask you to squeeze equipment between the seats.

Wheelchairs and other mobility aids

A foldable wheelchair travels in the luggage space like any other bulky item; just tell us about it when booking. The same applies to folding walkers and crutches. Our drivers help with loading the luggage.

If you use an electric or non-folding wheelchair, or if a passenger needs special help getting in and out of the vehicle, please contact us before you book and describe the situation. We will tell you honestly what is possible, so there are no surprises at the airport.

Quick booking checklist

Copy this list into the booking form or your WhatsApp message:

  1. Date, flight number and landing time.
  2. Hotel name and area (for example Lara, Belek, Side or Alanya).
  3. Adults / children / babies – with children's ages.
  4. Number of large suitcases + number of hand-luggage pieces.
  5. Bulky items: strollers, golf bags, bike boxes, diving bags, boards, wheelchair.
  6. Child seats needed (free).
  7. Return transfer date and pickup time, if you want to book it at the same time.

The price is fixed per vehicle and agreed before the trip – it does not change for luggage, traffic or a late-night arrival. You can check live prices for your route on the prices page.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you charge extra for luggage?

No. There is no luggage fee. The price is per vehicle and agreed before the trip; it does not change because you have extra bags or sports equipment.

How many suitcases fit in a Minivan or Vito?

It depends on the size of the bags, so we don't promise a fixed number. Send us your exact luggage list and we will choose a vehicle with enough space.

Can we take golf bags on the airport transfer?

Yes. Tell us how many golf bags you have when booking. Golf bags take more space than suitcases, so groups of golfers often travel in a Vito or Sprinter.

Are child seats included?

Child seats are free on request. Tell us how many you need and the ages of the children, and they will be ready in the vehicle.

Can we bring a stroller or travel cot?

Yes. Count strollers, prams and travel cots as bulky items in your booking so we can plan enough space for them.

We are 7 people with a lot of luggage – which vehicle do we need?

Send us the exact number of suitcases and bulky items. Seven people could fit in a VIP Vito, but with a lot of luggage a Sprinter may be the better choice.

Is the transfer private or shared?

All our transfers are 100% private; the vehicle is dedicated to your group only, with no other passengers.

Is the price per person or per vehicle?

The price is per vehicle. One passenger or six pay the same fare in the same vehicle.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We track your flight live and adjust the pickup time to the new landing time, free of charge.

Is prepayment required?

No, standard bookings need no prepayment; you can pay the driver at the end of the transfer.
