Marina Transfer Antalya: Private Rides for Yacht Crews

Most yacht holidays and crew rotations on the south and south-west coast of Turkey begin with a flight and end on a pontoon. Our job is the part in between: a private vehicle with a driver who brings you to the marina gate and who keeps an eye on your flight if the plane is late. These are the marinas we are asked about most often:

• Setur Antalya Marina – in the port area west of Konyaaltı, roughly 45 minutes from Antalya Airport (AYT).
• Kemer Marina – in the town of Kemer, about 70 minutes from AYT.
• Alanya Marina – on the east side of Alanya town, around 2 hours 15 minutes from AYT; Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP) is much closer to this area.
• Göcek and Marmaris – reached from Dalaman Airport.
• Bodrum, Turgutreis and Yalıkavak – reached from Bodrum-Milas Airport.

Choosing the nearest airport can save hours on the road, so it is worth checking before you book flights. For Antalya and Kemer, Antalya Airport is the natural choice: Setur Antalya Marina is around three quarters of an hour away and Kemer a little over an hour. For Alanya, compare flights into Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport, about 40 minutes from Alanya, with the drive of more than two hours from Antalya. Crews and guests joining a boat in Göcek or Marmaris usually fly into Dalaman, while Bodrum, Turgutreis and Yalıkavak are served from Bodrum-Milas Airport.

All the airports we work with – Antalya, Gazipaşa-Alanya, Dalaman, Bodrum-Milas and İzmir – are handled in the same way: a fixed price per vehicle, a driver waiting in the arrivals hall with a name sign, and your flight tracked so that a delay does not cost you anything extra.

Crew changes rarely happen at convenient hours. Captains, engineers, stewards and deckhands often land on very early or very late flights, carrying heavy kit bags and sometimes tools or spare parts for the boat. We work around the clock and charge no night surcharge and no luggage fee, so a crew arriving at three in the morning pays the same agreed price as one arriving at noon.

• One booking can cover several crew members on the same flight – the price is per vehicle, not per person.
• If crew members arrive on different flights, book separate transfers so that nobody has to wait for anyone else.
• Yacht managers and agents can book on behalf of the crew: send the names, flight numbers and the marina via WhatsApp.

Our driver stands in arrivals holding the name you give us – a person's name, the yacht's name, or both.

Guests on a bareboat charter, a skippered yacht or a gulet cruise usually travel with different luggage than on a hotel holiday: soft bags, snorkelling gear, sometimes supplies bought on the way. Tell us what you are bringing and we will pick a vehicle with enough room. Bags travel free of charge.

Boarding on charter boats is often in the afternoon and disembarking early in the morning, so many guests spend a night in a hotel before or after the cruise. We can arrange this as separate transfers: airport to hotel, hotel to marina on embarkation day, and marina back to the airport at the end of the week – each at its own fixed price agreed in advance. Free child seats are available on request for families sailing with small children.

Marinas have security gates, barriers and zones where only authorised vehicles may enter. Our drivers take you to the marina entrance or to the nearest point where a vehicle is allowed to stop, and help you unload your bags there. How far a car may go inside depends on the marina's own rules on the day, so we do not promise a drop beside the boat.
