Belek Golf Transfer: Private Rides with Golf Bags, 24/7

A golf trip has more moving parts than a normal beach holiday. You land with a suitcase and a golf bag each, your first round may be booked for the next morning, and you often travel as a fourball or a larger society. A shared shuttle that stops at a dozen hotels is the last thing you want after a flight.

With us the car is yours alone. We only run private transfers, so the vehicle goes straight from the arrivals hall to your hotel in Belek, Kemer or wherever you are staying, with nobody else on board. The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person, and it is agreed before you travel, so a group of four pays the same as one person in the same vehicle.

Golf bags are the main thing we plan around. There is no luggage fee and no extra charge for golf bags, but we do need to know how many there are so we can send a vehicle with enough room.

• When you ask for a quote, write the number of passengers, suitcases and golf bags.
• Travel bags with hard cases take more space than soft covers, so mention them too.
• If someone brings a trolley or a large cart bag, add it to the message.

With the full count in hand we choose between a Minivan (1–6 passengers), a VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) or a Mercedes Sprinter (8–16). For golfers the bags usually decide the vehicle more than the passengers do, which is why an accurate count matters.

The simplest way to plan a golf transfer is to send us two things: your flight details and your tee time. We plan the pick-up from there. If you want to play on arrival day, we work out whether there is time to drop bags at the hotel first or whether it makes more sense to go straight to the club.

Belek is roughly 40 minutes from Antalya Airport (AYT) and Kemer about 70 minutes, which leaves room for an afternoon round after a morning landing. We track your flight, so if it lands early or late the driver adjusts, and waiting for a delayed flight is free. At arrivals the driver holds a name sign and helps load the bags.

On the way home the same logic applies: tell us your last tee time and your departure flight, and we suggest a pick-up that gets you to the terminal in good time.

Many golfers stay at one hotel and play at several different clubs during the week. Each ride between your hotel and a golf club is booked as its own fixed-price transfer, agreed in advance like the airport run. You can book them all at once before you arrive or add them on WhatsApp as your plans change.

• Send the club name, the date and your tee time for each round.
• Say whether you need a return ride after the round and roughly when.
• If the group splits between two clubs on the same day, we can plan two vehicles.

Most of the clubs are in Belek itself, and Kemer Golf & Country lies near Kemer, further west along the coast, so rides there take longer from a Belek hotel. We give you the fixed price for each ride before you confirm.

For larger groups the Mercedes Sprinter carries 8 to 16 passengers, which keeps a society or a golf club trip together in one vehicle. If the group is very large or brings a lot of bags, we can split it into a Sprinter plus a Vito or Minivan so that everyone and every bag fits comfortably.

Group organisers usually send us a single list with all arrival flights. Where several flights land close together we can plan one pick-up; where they are spread across the day we suggest separate vehicles so nobody waits for hours. Each vehicle has its own fixed price, so the organiser knows the total before anyone flies.

You can ask for a quote 24/7 on WhatsApp or through the booking form, and you receive a fixed price within about a minute. There is no prepayment: you pay in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance. There is no night surcharge, which helps with early-morning departures and late arrivals.
