Antalya Group Transfer: Mercedes Sprinter for 8–16 People

Our fleet has three vehicle types, and the right one depends on the total number of travellers, including children and babies:

• Minivan – 1 to 6 people
• VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito – 1 to 7 people
• Mercedes Sprinter – 8 to 16 people

A group of eight is the point where most people switch to the Sprinter. Two smaller vehicles would also work, but a single Sprinter keeps the group together, means one driver, one meeting point and one arrival time at the hotel. If your group is close to the upper limit and travels with a lot of luggage, tell us the number of suitcases too, so we can check whether everything fits in one vehicle or whether a second car is more comfortable. For 17 people or more we combine vehicles. A typical setup for 20 travellers is one Sprinter plus one VIP Vito; for 30 people it could be two Sprinters. All vehicles are booked together, meet you at the same time in the arrivals hall and drive to the same hotel, so the group still arrives as one.

Mixed setups also help when the group is not going to the same place. If part of a wedding party stays in Belek and the rest in Side, each vehicle simply takes its own route. Just list who goes where in your message. Drive times from Antalya Airport are about 40 minutes to Belek and about 75 minutes to Side; in high season traffic can add time.

Group transfers are not only for tour operators. The requests we see most often come from:

• Families travelling together – grandparents, parents and children of two or three households in one vehicle.
• Friends' trips – birthdays, hen and stag weekends, reunions.
• Weddings – guests arriving for a ceremony at a hotel in Lara, Belek or Side, often over two or three days.
• Sports teams – football, volleyball or running clubs going to training camps, with kit bags.
• Golf groups – four to twelve players with golf bags heading to Belek.
• Corporate and incentive groups – meetings, company trips and incentive travel.

Whatever the reason, the service is the same: a private vehicle only for your group, with no other passengers and no stops at other hotels.

With groups, luggage decides the vehicle as much as the number of people. A Sprinter has much more room than a minivan, but 16 people with large suitcases, golf bags and two strollers is a lot of volume. Please tell us:

• the number of large suitcases and hand luggage,
• golf bags, bicycles, sports kit or musical instruments,
• strollers and wheelchairs,
• child seats needed, with the age of each child.

Child seats are free on request. There is no luggage fee, so you do not pay more for extra bags; we only need the numbers to plan enough space. Golf groups can read our Belek golf transfer planning guide for more tips.

Groups often do not land together: some fly from London, some from Manchester, others arrive a day later. That is not a problem. Send us every flight number with its date and landing time, and say who is on which flight.

We then plan the pickups. If two flights land close together, the group can usually travel in one vehicle. If the gap is long, separate pickups are possible, so nobody has to wait hours at the airport. Because we track flights, a delay on one flight does not leave you stranded: the driver adjusts to the actual landing time and the waiting is free. The same applies to the return trip if people fly home on different days.

To get a quote and confirmation quickly, put everything in one message on WhatsApp or the booking form:

1. Arrival date, flight number(s) and landing time(s)
2. Airport: Antalya (AYT) or Gazipaşa (GZP)
3. Hotel name and area
4. Total number of people, including children and babies
5. Luggage, golf bags, strollers and any bulky items
6. Child seats with ages
7. Return date and pickup time, if you want the return as well
8. One contact person with a phone number on WhatsApp

Naming one contact person matters. The driver and our team have one number to call, and the information does not get split across several chats.

Our prices are fixed per vehicle, not per person. The price is agreed before the trip and does not change for traffic, night arrivals or luggage, and there is no night surcharge. For a group, this means the cost is shared: the more people in the Sprinter, the less each person pays. For a group of 14, a private Sprinter is often a very reasonable alternative to booking several taxis.
