Antalya Transfer Fleet: Minivan, VIP Vito, Sprinter

Every transfer is private: the vehicle carries only your group, from the airport or hotel straight to your address. We work with three types of vans, so there is always room for people and luggage:

• Minivan – for 1 to 6 passengers. The practical, economical choice for couples, friends and families.
• VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito – for 1 to 7 passengers. The same private service with a more refined, comfortable interior, popular for business trips and special occasions.
• Mercedes Sprinter – for 8 to 16 passengers. A larger van for groups, large families and teams travelling together.

We do not use small cars. Even a couple travels in a van, which means suitcases go in the luggage space and not on the seats. The price is always fixed per vehicle, not per person, so the size of your group decides which vehicle is the most sensible choice.

Choosing a vehicle is mostly about the number of people and the type of luggage. These are the combinations we see most often:

• Couples and small families: the Minivan gives plenty of room for two to four people with standard suitcases.
• Families with strollers and small children: a Minivan for up to 6, or the Vito if you want extra space and comfort for up to 7. Tell us about the stroller and the child seats you need.
• Golf groups: golf bags take much more space than suitcases. Four golfers with bags usually travel more comfortably in a Vito or, for bigger groups, in a Sprinter.
• Large families and friends travelling together: from 8 people the Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle, so nobody waits for a second car.
• Teams, wedding guests and events: one or more Sprinters, coordinated so the whole group arrives together.

If you are unsure, send us the number of adults, children and pieces of luggage. We recommend the vehicle that fits, not the biggest one.

Luggage space depends not only on the number of suitcases but also on their size and shape. Instead of promising an exact number of bags, we prefer to plan with your real luggage. When you book, please tell us:

• how many large suitcases and how many cabin bags you have;
• any bulky items: golf bags, bicycles, surfboards, diving equipment, wheelchairs or strollers;
• whether you are carrying anything fragile or unusual.

With this information we choose a vehicle where everything fits comfortably. If your group is right at the limit of a vehicle and carries a lot of luggage, we may suggest the next size up so nobody travels with bags on their lap. There is no luggage fee: the fixed price stays the same whatever you carry.

Travelling safely with children is important, so we provide child seats free of charge when you ask for them in advance. Three types are available:

• Baby seat for infants;
• Child seat for toddlers and young children;
• Booster seat for older children.

To make sure the right seat is installed before you arrive, tell us the age of each child when you book. If you travel with several children, say how many seats of each type you need. Child seats are available in all three vehicle types, from the Minivan to the Sprinter.

Our drivers know the roads of the Antalya coast, from the airport motorway to the narrow streets of the old town and the winding coastal road to Kaş. They are there to make the first and last hour of your holiday easy:

• Meet & greet: the driver waits in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name.
• Flight tracking: we follow your flight, and if it is delayed the driver waits at no extra cost.
• Help with luggage at the airport and at your hotel.
• A direct ride to your address, without stops at other hotels.

For return transfers we agree the pick-up time with you in advance, based on your flight and the drive time to the airport.

For groups of more than 16 people we combine several vehicles, for example two Sprinters, or a Sprinter with a Vito for luggage-heavy groups. The vehicles are coordinated to travel at the same time, so the group stays together.

Booking works the same for every vehicle:

• Write to us 24/7 on WhatsApp or use the booking form.
• You receive a fixed-price quote for the vehicle within 1 minute.
• No prepayment: you pay in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance.
• Cancellation is free if your plans change.

No night surcharge, no luggage fee and free child seats apply to every vehicle in the fleet.

Every vehicle offers a free baby seat or booster on request, air conditioning and room for luggage and pushchairs. Just tell us the number of passengers, the luggage and the children's ages when you book.

All vehicles hold the Turkish Ministry of Transport D2 transfer permit, compulsory road insurance and passenger seat insurance. The price is per vehicle and fixed when you book.

Minivan is ideal for 1-6 passengers with family luggage. VIP Mercedes Vito offers premium comfort and prestige for 1-7 passengers, golf bags or business groups. Sprinter/Bus is best for 8-16 people. If unsure, WhatsApp us your passenger count and luggage profile and we’ll recommend.
