Belek Golf Holiday Transfers: Airport, Hotel and Course Rides

Belek is one of the easiest resort areas to reach from Antalya Airport (AYT): ≈ 33 km and roughly 40 minutes by road. If your hotel is in Kadriye the drive is similar, ≈ 33 minutes, while Boğazkent at the eastern end takes ≈ 46 minutes.

The driver meets you in arrivals with a name sign and we follow your flight, so a late landing does not cost extra. You can book the return at the same time, which most golfers do because tee times on the last day often decide when they leave. Golf bags are carried at no extra charge, and there is no luggage fee of any kind. What we need is the number, because bags take far more room than suitcases and decide which vehicle you need.

• Tell us how many golf bags, how many suitcases and how many players are travelling.
• Mention travel covers with wheels; they are longer than a bag on its own.
• If someone brings a push trolley or extra equipment, add it to the list.

A couple with two bags fits easily in a Minivan. A four-ball with four bags and four cases is usually more comfortable in a VIP Vito, and bigger groups move to a Sprinter. If the course you have booked is not within walking distance of your hotel, or you simply want a private ride at your own time, book it with us as its own transfer. The same works for players staying in Kadriye or Boğazkent who tee off elsewhere in the area.

2. We suggest a pick-up time that leaves you room to check in at the club and warm up.
3. You get a fixed price for the vehicle within 1 minute.
4. For the way back, agree an approximate time or message us when you reach the clubhouse.

Each ride is priced separately and the price does not change for traffic or because a round ran long. If your group plays a different course every day, you can send the whole week in one message and we quote each ride.

Golf societies and groups of friends often travel 8, 12 or 16 players at a time. A Mercedes Sprinter carries 8–16 passengers, so the whole group can arrive together and talk about the round on the way back.

Bags are the limiting factor with a full group. For a large group with a bag each plus suitcases, tell us the exact counts and we will tell you whether one Sprinter is enough or whether a second vehicle is better. Here is how a typical seven-night trip can look from the transport side:

• Day 1: AYT to your Belek hotel, ≈ 40 minutes.
• Days 2–6: hotel to course in the morning, course to hotel after the round, only on the days you play away from your hotel.
• Rest day: a ride to Antalya's old town or to the Side area further east, if you want a break from golf.
• Last day: hotel to airport, timed around your flight and any final round.

Golf charters and holiday flights often land late in the evening or leave early in the morning. Neither is a problem: there is no night surcharge, and the driver is there whatever the hour because we track the flight.

On the last day, many players want one more round before flying home. That works if you plan it backwards from the flight. Work out when you need to be at the airport, add the ≈ 40-minute drive and a margin for summer traffic, and that gives you the latest pick-up. Leave time to change and pack the bags properly after the round. You can book 24/7 by WhatsApp or the online form. Payment is made in the vehicle, in cash or by card if agreed in advance, and there is no prepayment. Cancellation is free, which helps when the weather or a changed tee time moves your plans.
