Dalaman is the airport for the western end of the Turkish Riviera: Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Göcek, Dalyan and the Marmaris peninsula. The arrival routine is the same as at any Turkish airport, and it helps to know the order before you step off the plane.
- Passport control. International passengers queue here first. Have your passport and any documents your airline asked for ready.
- Baggage claim. Check the screen for your belt number. Trolleys are usually near the belts.
- Customs. Walk through the green or red channel, depending on what you carry.
- Arrivals hall. Once you pass the exit doors, look for your driver holding a sign with your name. This is the meeting point; you do not need to look for a car park or a desk.
If you cannot see the sign straight away, stay in the arrivals hall and message us on WhatsApp. Leaving the building to search outside usually makes it harder to find each other.
