Dalaman Airport to Fethiye Transfer

Fethiye lies about 55 km south-east of Dalaman Airport, and the drive usually takes around 55 minutes. Shortly after leaving the airport the road heads towards Göcek, the first resort on the way, and then runs through the Göcek tunnel, which spares you the slow, winding climb over the hills. From there it is an easy run into Fethiye, a lively harbour town with a large marina and the rock tombs of ancient Telmessos carved into the cliff above the centre.

Journey times do vary. On summer weekends, at the busiest arrival times and in the town centre itself traffic is heavier, so allow a few extra minutes. Late in the evening and at night the roads are quiet and the trip is often quicker.
