The drive east to Okurcalar
The Antalya Airport to Okurcalar transfer is about 93 km and usually takes around 99 minutes. From the airport the route heads east on the D400 coastal highway, passing the turn-offs for Belek and Side and the town of Manavgat, before continuing towards Alanya. Okurcalar is in the western part of the Alanya coast, so it is reached well before the city itself.
It is one of the longer transfers in the region, so traffic plays a bigger role. In high summer, around Manavgat at busy times or on hotel changeover days, allow some extra minutes; night drives are usually quicker. The road is a well-built dual carriageway for much of the way, so the trip is comfortable even when it takes a little longer.
Meeting your driver at Antalya Airport
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. After a short walk to the car park the journey starts at once – no waiting for other passengers and no stops at other hotels.
- Your flight is tracked, so a late landing costs nothing extra.
- If baggage claim takes long, just send a WhatsApp message.
- A drink and a toilet break before leaving the terminal is a good idea on a trip of over an hour and a half.
Comfort on a longer journey
For a ride of over an hour and a half, comfort matters. The VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (up to 7 passengers) offers the most space and is a popular choice for couples and families. The Minivan (up to 6 passengers) is a practical alternative, and the Mercedes Sprinter takes groups of 8 to 16.
All vehicles are air-conditioned. Child seats are free on request, there is no charge for luggage and no night surcharge. The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person – you will find it in the price table above. Larger families or groups of friends often find that one Sprinter is simpler than two smaller vehicles, as everyone arrives together.
Getting back from Okurcalar
Because of the distance, give yourself a generous margin on the way home: leaving your Okurcalar hotel around 5 hours before an international departure allows for over an hour and a half on the road, a traffic buffer and time at the terminal.
You can reserve the return together with your arrival transfer, or later via WhatsApp at any hour. There is no prepayment; you pay in the vehicle, in cash or by card if arranged in advance.
