Antalya Airport to Lara Transfer

The distance is about 14 km and the drive usually takes around 20 minutes. The airport lies just inland from the coast, so instead of a long highway journey your driver takes local roads south towards the sea and then follows the beach road to your hotel. Lara stretches from the cliffs near the city, where the Lower Düden Waterfall drops into the Mediterranean, east to the big resort strip of Kundu.

Because the ride is so short, traffic matters more than distance. Around evening rush hour or on busy summer changeover days, allow a few extra minutes; late at night the trip is often quicker. Lara is a wide area, so please give your exact hotel name when booking so the driver goes straight to the right entrance.

Once you have collected your luggage, your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. Since Lara is so close, the return is easy to plan. Aim to arrive at Antalya Airport about 2 to 2.5 hours before your flight, which usually means leaving the hotel around 3 hours before departure. On peak summer days a little extra margin is wise, because the terminal itself can be busy.
