Antalya Airport to Side Transfer

The drive covers about 65 km and usually takes about 75 minutes. Your driver heads east along the D400 coastal highway, past Serik and the Belek turn-off, and towards Manavgat, where the road branches off to Side and its neighbouring beach areas such as Kumköy, Sorgun, Titreyengöl, Kızılağaç and Çolaklı.

Timing depends on the season and the hour. On summer weekends and on busy changeover days, traffic around the airport and near Manavgat can add some minutes, while late-night arrivals are often quicker. The ancient centre of Side lies on a small peninsula and parts of it are pedestrianised, so if you are staying inside the old town, the driver takes you to the closest point vehicles can reach.

Note that “Side” often refers to a whole resort area within the Manavgat district rather than just the old town, so please give your exact hotel name and area when booking.

After passport control and baggage claim, your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. We track your flight, so if it lands early or late the pickup time is adjusted automatically, and waiting for a delayed flight is free. From the terminal you walk to the vehicle together and drive straight to your hotel door in Side.

There is no night surcharge and no luggage fee, so landing at 3 a.m. with several suitcases costs the same as an afternoon arrival.

For your departure, plan to reach Antalya Airport about 2 to 2.5 hours before take-off. From Side, that usually means leaving the hotel around 4 hours before your flight, a little earlier on peak summer days. You can book the return at the same time as your arrival transfer.
