Large resorts often have a main gate and a separate reception building. The driver brings you to the main entrance, where the hotel staff take over. Check-in time is set by the hotel; if you land early in the morning, reception can tell you whether your room is ready.

There is no prepayment. You pay in the vehicle, in cash, or by card if agreed in advance. On departure day, please be in the lobby with the whole family at the agreed pick-up time.
