Concorde De Luxe Resort Transfer from Antalya Airport

The Lara hotel strip runs along the coast east of Antalya city and is one of the closest resort areas to the airport. The distance from AYT to Concorde De Luxe Resort is roughly 14 km, and the drive usually takes about 20 minutes, depending on traffic.

All our transfers are private. The vehicle carries only your party, with no shared shuttle and no detours to other hotels, and the price is fixed per vehicle rather than per person.

For 8 to 16 passengers, the Mercedes Sprinter is the simplest option: everyone travels together, the luggage goes in one place, and nobody waits for a second car at the hotel entrance. For smaller groups, a Minivan takes 1–6 passengers and a VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito takes 1–7.

Because the price is per vehicle, a full Sprinter is often the most practical way for a group to travel.

Your driver waits in the arrivals hall at AYT with a name sign; you can tell us which name or group name you would like on it. We follow the flight, and if it is delayed the waiting time is free.

If your group arrives on different flights, let us know each flight number. It is usually better to plan a separate transfer per flight than to make early arrivals wait for hours. At the resort, the driver brings everyone to the main entrance, which is often separate from the main gate.

You can book the return transfer together with the arrival. It helps if one person coordinates the group and confirms the pick-up time with us on WhatsApp, which is available 24/7. On departure day, please have everyone in the lobby with their luggage at the agreed time.

Check-out time is set by the hotel, so ask reception about late check-out if your flight is in the evening. There is no prepayment: you pay in the vehicle, in cash, or by card if agreed in advance.
