Titreyengöl is a resort area on the coast just east of the Manavgat River mouth, between the pine woods of Sorgun and the farmland around Manavgat town. It takes its name from a small lake, the Titreyengöl, whose name roughly means “trembling lake”, set a short way back from the shore.

Between the lake and the sea there is a strip of large beach hotels with a long sandy beach in front of them. The atmosphere is quieter than in Side itself, yet Side's old town and Manavgat's shops are close by. The area is popular with families and with guests who want a resort holiday with easy access to excursions.

Your driver leaves AYT on the D400 coastal highway and heads east past Belek and Serik. Near Manavgat the route turns off towards the sea and follows local roads down to the coast at Titreyengöl. It is about 71 km in total and usually takes around 82 minutes, a little more on busy summer changeover days.

After passport control and baggage reclaim, you walk out into the arrivals hall where the driver is waiting with your name on a sign. Because we follow your flight, an early or delayed landing is no problem: the driver adjusts to the real arrival time and waiting on delays costs nothing. Night arrivals are charged the same as daytime ones, and luggage is included.

Most accommodation consists of large all-inclusive resorts set between the lake and the beach, with a few smaller hotels and apartments on the streets leading towards Manavgat. Some hotels face the sea directly, others sit nearer the lake, so it is worth giving us the full hotel name when you book.

The driver takes you right to the main entrance of your hotel. If you are staying in a private apartment or a villa, simply share the address or a map pin on WhatsApp, and you will be dropped at the door rather than at a nearby junction.

Titreyengöl is well placed for exploring both Side and the Manavgat valley:

• Side ancient city – Roman theatre, Temple of Apollo and the lively harbour, just across the river mouth.
• Manavgat River and waterfall – boat trips on the river and the well-known waterfall north of the town.
• Green Canyon – the reservoir behind the Oymapınar Dam, known for boat tours between steep, wooded slopes.
• Alarahan – a Seljuk caravanserai and castle in the Alara valley, on the way towards Alanya.

For an international flight, aim to be at Antalya Airport around 2.5–3 hours before departure, and always check your airline's advice. With about 82 minutes on the road, a 13:00 flight typically means leaving Titreyengöl at around 08:15–08:30. The driver will be waiting at your hotel entrance at the time we agree.
