Incekum Transfer from Antalya Airport

Incekum lies on the coast west of Alanya, between Avsallar and Turkler. Its name means "fine sand" in Turkish, and that is exactly what it is known for: a long, golden beach backed by pine woods, where the sea stays shallow for a good distance from the shore. The water deepens gently, which makes it a favourite with families travelling with small children.

The area is quieter than Alanya town. Most of the coastline is taken up by resort hotels, many of them all-inclusive, with holiday apartments and small shops along the main road behind them. The transfer covers about 95 km and normally takes around 103 minutes. From the airport you join the D400 coastal highway and follow it east the whole way, passing Serik, the turn-offs for Belek, then Manavgat and Okurcalar. After Avsallar you reach Incekum, where the hotels lie on both sides of the highway close to the beach.

When you come out of baggage claim, your driver is waiting in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. He helps with your bags and walks you to the vehicle. We track your flight, so an early or late landing is no problem: the driver adjusts to the real arrival time and waiting on delays is free. A night landing costs the same as a daytime one, and luggage is always included.

The large resorts sit along the beach, some directly on the sand and others separated from it by the pine forest or a small road. Behind the beachfront strip, on the inland side of the highway, there are apartment complexes, smaller hotels and holiday homes. Because the resorts stand close together and some have similar names, please tell us the exact hotel name, or the full address of your apartment, when you book.

Your transfer is completely private: the vehicle is reserved only for your party and goes straight to the entrance of your hotel or residence. There are no shared shuttles and no drop-offs at other hotels on the way, so you can start your holiday as soon as you arrive.

Incekum sits between two well-known holiday areas, so there is plenty to see by private car:

• Alanya – the castle on the peninsula, the Red Tower, the harbour and Damlatas cave.
• Alarahan and Alara castle – a Seljuk caravanserai near Okurcalar, with castle ruins on the rock above it.
• Dim River – riverside restaurants east of Alanya, popular on hot summer days.
• Side – the ancient city with its Temple of Apollo and harbour, about an hour to the west.
• Manavgat waterfall – a broad, low waterfall on the Manavgat river, often combined with Side.

For the journey home, plan to arrive at Antalya Airport around 2.5–3 hours before an international flight — check your airline's advice. With a flight at 18:00, for example, a pick-up from Incekum at about 13:15 gives time for the drive of just over an hour and a half and for check-in.

It is easiest to book the arrival and the return together, so the pick-up from your hotel is already fixed. Choose the vehicle that suits your group:
