MarkAntalya is a shopping centre in central Antalya, in Tahılpazarı Mahallesi, Muratpaşa. It stands on Kazım Özalp Caddesi, the street most locals simply call Şarampol, and is only a short walk from Kaleiçi, the old town. Unlike the malls on the edge of the city, it is right among the streets, squares and everyday life of the centre.

This makes it more than a shopping stop: you can combine it with a stroll through the old town and dinner by the harbour. Guests from Lara, Konyaaltı, Kemer and Belek often ask for exactly this kind of afternoon and evening in town.

The drive from Antalya Airport (AYT) is about 14 km, roughly 25 minutes, into the city centre; in the busy hours the centre can be slower. From your hotel the time depends on the area, so tell us where you stay and we give you the driving time in the quote.

A stop in the centre on your way from the airport is possible if it is agreed when booking. Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign; we track the flight, so a delay costs nothing extra, and your suitcases remain in the car.

The centre has narrow streets and busy junctions, so the driver drops you at the most convenient point near the mall; tell us if anyone in your group finds walking difficult.

Since Kaleiçi is next door, many guests plan a few hours that end somewhere other than where they started. Tell us your plan and we tell you what is possible:

• Drop-off at MarkAntalya, pick-up near Kaleiçi at the nearest accessible point, at the time you choose.
• An evening in the centre: shopping first, dinner later, then back to the hotel.
• A one-way ride if you want to explore the city at your own pace.

There is no luggage fee, so bags and pushchairs are fine. For families, the car spares the children a long walk in the heat, and a Mercedes Sprinter carries groups of up to 16.

Few malls are as close to Antalya's history as MarkAntalya. Nearby you will find:

• Kaleiçi, the walled old town with its narrow lanes and restored houses.
• Hadrian's Gate, the Roman triumphal arch at the edge of the old town.
• The Yivli Minaret, a symbol of the city, and the old harbour below the walls.
• Konyaaltı beach, a short drive west, for a sunset by the sea.

On departure day, a last walk in the centre is possible if the stop is included in the booking and you leave enough time for traffic.
