Antalya Expo Center Transfer

Antalya Expo Center is the exhibition area built for EXPO 2016, near Aksu on the eastern side of Antalya and very close to the airport. Today it hosts trade fairs, congresses and other events, so most of its visitors are not holidaymakers but exhibitors, buyers, speakers and organisers.

An Antalya Expo Center transfer is about reliability: getting to a stand before the doors open, reaching a congress session on time, or moving a team with display material between hotel, venue and airport without thinking about it.

Many business visitors stay in city hotels or in the resort areas of Lara and Kundu, and some combine a fair with a few days at the beach in Belek or Side. A private car with driver handles all of these trips at a fixed price per vehicle.

The ride from Antalya Airport (AYT) to the Expo Center is about 5 km and takes around 8 minutes. It is one of the shortest transfers we drive, but on fair days the roads and entrances around the venue can be busy, so it pays to book.

• We track your flight; if it is delayed, the driver waits at no extra charge.
• He waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign — your name or your company's.
• The transfer is private: no shared shuttle, no detours.

If you arrive the evening before, we take you to your hotel instead and collect you there in the morning. From Lara or Kundu the venue is a short drive, from Belek, Kemer or Side the trip is longer; tell us your hotel and the start time of your event.

During a fair you usually need more than one trip. We can plan your whole stay with you:

• Morning runs from your hotel to the venue, timed for set-up or opening.
• Evening pick-ups at an agreed time, or when you message us on WhatsApp.
• Dinners and meetings in the city or at another hotel in between.
• Team transfers for colleagues arriving on different flights.

Tell us the hall or entrance you need and the name of the event, so the driver stops at the right gate. For larger teams or with samples and display material, a Mercedes Sprinter carries up to 16 people plus luggage. Free child seats are also available for colleagues who bring their families.

The Expo area lies in a part of Antalya with famous sights close by, so a free afternoon is easy to use. Tell us your plan and we tell you what is possible:

• Aspendos — one of the best-preserved Roman theatres in the world, near Serik.
• Düden Waterfalls — the lower falls dropping straight into the sea on the Lara side.

• Lara beach — for a walk by the sea after a long day.

The driver can wait or come back at an agreed time, so you can fit a sight in between meetings.

Many visitors go straight from the last fair day to their flight. Be at Antalya Airport about 2.5–3 hours before an international flight; check your airline's advice. Because the drive is so short, for a 19:00 flight a pick-up at the venue at around 15:45 is usually enough, allowing for event traffic.
