Avsallar is a resort town on the western side of Alanya, where the coastline becomes greener and the Taurus Mountains come closer to the sea. It is best known for Incekum, a long beach of fine golden sand backed by pine trees, which is one of the most popular stretches of shore in the Alanya area.

The town itself is lively but relaxed, with a main street of shops, cafés and restaurants and a weekly market that draws visitors from the hotels around. Accommodation ranges from large beach resorts to smaller family-run hotels and apartment complexes on the hillside. Many guests choose Avsallar because it offers a beach holiday close to Alanya's sights without the bustle of the city centre.

The journey is about 101 km and normally takes around 108 minutes. Your driver follows the D400 coastal highway east the whole way: past Serik and the turn-offs for Belek and Side, through Manavgat and on past Okurcalar, before arriving in Avsallar. After Manavgat the road runs close to the sea, with views of the coves and the mountains.

When you come through to the arrivals hall, your driver is waiting with a sign bearing your name and helps you with your luggage to the vehicle. Because we track every flight, an early or late landing is no problem — the pick-up moves with your actual arrival time and waiting on delays is free. Night flights cost exactly the same as daytime ones, and there are no luggage fees.

Most of the larger hotels line the shore along Incekum and the neighbouring bays, while the town centre and the slopes above the highway have mid-range hotels, apartments and holiday residences. Some properties sit directly on the beach; others are across the main road with access via an underpass or crossing. Give us the exact hotel name when booking and the driver will take you to the right entrance.

Because the drive is close to two hours, allow plenty of time on departure day. Aim to be at the airport about 2.5–3 hours before an international flight — check your airline's advice. For a 16:00 flight, a pick-up from Avsallar at around 10:45 is a sensible choice.
