From Antalya Airport the distance is about 132 km and the journey takes around 2 hours 30 minutes. The first stretch runs east along the coastal highway past Belek and Side to Manavgat. From there the route leaves the sea behind and heads inland, and the final part is a winding mountain road with many bends as it climbs towards the town. It is a scenic drive; your driver takes it at a comfortable, steady pace.

Winter weather can affect the mountain road, with snow or ice possible on the higher sections. Tell us your plan and we tell you what is possible on your date. At the airport your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name sign and helps with your bags. We follow your flight, and waiting on delays is free. A late-night landing costs the same fixed price as one in the afternoon.

The town centre is compact, and many houses stand on narrow, steep lanes. Your driver brings you as close to the door as the street allows; where a lane is too narrow for a vehicle, the car stops at the nearest accessible point and the driver helps with the luggage. The Altınbeşik cave, known for its underground lake, is in the İbradı region and makes an easy outing by private car. Akseki, the neighbouring mountain district with stone houses and cedar forests, is also within reach for a day of mountain scenery. Heading down towards the coast, you pass close to the Green Canyon dam lake with its boat trips, and lower still to the Manavgat waterfall and the ancient town of Side.

Plan the return with the long drive in mind. Aim to be at Antalya Airport about 2.5–3 hours before an international flight — check your airline's advice. For a flight at 14:00, for example, a pick-up in İbradı at around 08:30 gives a sensible margin; in winter we may suggest leaving earlier. Booking both directions at once means your return is arranged before you even arrive.
