Kaş to Kundu Transfer

The transfer from Kaş to Kundu covers about 210 km and usually takes around 3 hours 25 minutes. From Kaş the road follows the Lycian coast eastwards through Demre, Finike and Kumluca, then climbs over the hills and runs north past Tekirova and Kemer, squeezed between the mountains and the sea. After Kemer the car passes through Antalya and continues east to Kundu, at the far end of the Lara beach strip.

It is a drive with real views: steep bays, orchards and greenhouses around Kumluca, and the Taurus range above the Kemer coast. Summer traffic around Kemer and through Antalya can add time, so treat the duration as a guide rather than a promise.

Many guests spend the first part of their trip in Kaş for the small harbour, the boat trips and the walking, then move to Kundu for days on the sand at a large beach resort. Others simply want to finish their holiday close to the airport. Whatever the reason, all your suitcases travel with you in one vehicle, so the move is a single, easy step.

Hotels usually ask you to check out in the morning, while rooms in Kundu are normally ready in the afternoon. A mid-morning departure from Kaş fits this rhythm well. If you expect to arrive early, ask your new hotel about a luggage room or early check-in.
