Kaş to Konyaaltı Transfer

The distance from Kaş to Konyaaltı is about 177 km, and the drive normally takes around 2 hours 45 minutes. The road leaves Kaş eastwards and follows the coast through Demre, Finike and Kumluca, then turns north past Kemer, where the Taurus mountains rise straight behind the beaches, before reaching the western edge of Antalya. Konyaaltı is the first part of the city you arrive in, so there is no need to cross the busy centre.

Long stretches of the route wind along cliffs and bays, so the time depends on the season and the time of day. In high summer, around Kemer and at the entrance to Antalya, traffic can add a little; a morning departure is usually the most relaxed choice.

Many travellers split their holiday in two: first a quiet week in Kaş with its small harbour, boat trips and Lycian ruins, then a few nights in Antalya by the sea. Konyaaltı, on the west side of the city, has a long pebble beach with promenades and is close to the centre and the old town, which makes it a handy base for the last part of a trip.

Hotel rooms are usually ready in the afternoon, so a late-morning pick-up in Kaş often fits well. If you prefer to leave early, ask your hotel in Konyaaltı about a luggage room or early check-in. All your suitcases travel with you in the same vehicle, with no luggage fee.
