Kaş to Antalya City Centre Transfer

The transfer from Kaş to Antalya city centre covers about 183 km and normally takes around 2 hours 55 minutes. The road heads east along the coast through Demre, Finike and Kumluca, with bays, orchards and greenhouses on one side and the mountains on the other. After Kumluca it climbs through the hills, comes back down near Kemer and follows the shore north into Antalya, reaching the western side of the city at Konyaaltı before continuing to the centre.

Much of the road is winding, so the drive time depends less on distance than on the curves, slow lorries and, in summer, traffic in the towns and at the entrance to Antalya. Plan with a little extra margin if you have dinner plans or a meeting.

A popular way to finish a week in Kaş is with a few nights in Antalya: museums, shopping streets, the long pebble beach of Konyaaltı and evenings in the old town. Others arrive in the region for business or to visit family in the city after a quiet stay on the Lycian coast. Whatever the reason, your car goes straight to your hotel or address in the centre or in Konyaaltı.

Since you leave one hotel and check in at another, think about timing. Rooms are usually ready in the afternoon, so a morning departure from Kaş often means you arrive just right. If you arrive earlier, ask your Antalya hotel about a luggage room or an early check-in.
