Antalya Airport to Perge Ancient City Transfer

Perge lies near Aksu, just east of the city, about 11 km from Antalya Airport. The drive takes about 23 minutes, a little longer at rush hour. That makes it the easiest major ancient site to reach from the airport.

The site is large and open: a Roman theatre and stadium, the round towers of the Hellenistic gate and a long colonnaded street lined with the remains of shops and baths. It is a fine introduction to the history of the region on your very first day.
