A full day across Turkey's south-west
The trip leaves Antalya over the Taurus mountains, runs inland towards Denizli and then west to the İzmir area, where the motorway carries on along the peninsula to Çeşme. About 525 km, roughly 7 h 10 min of driving.
Honest advice: İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport is about 85 km (around 70 minutes) from Çeşme and is normally the better airport. Choose this transfer when you land in Antalya anyway – combining an Antalya beach week with a summer house in Çeşme, a cheaper or direct flight, a group on one plane, or a cruise ending in Antalya.
Whichever applies, the whole trip is in one vehicle, so there is no change at İzmir and no extra transfer from a bus terminal to the peninsula.
