Kalkan to Antalya City Centre Transfer

Allow about 3 hours 20 minutes for the roughly 207 km from Kalkan to Antalya city centre. The first stretch runs along the cliffs to Kaş; from there the road continues east through Demre, Finike and Kumluca, between the sea and steep mountainsides. A climb through the hills then leads down towards Kemer, and the final part follows the shore north into Antalya, arriving on the western side at Konyaaltı.

It is a scenic but winding road, so average speeds are lower than on the motorway-style D400 east of the city. Busy summer afternoons in the towns along the way and in Antalya itself can add time; leaving in the morning usually works best.

Many visitors to Kalkan stay in private villas on the hillsides above the bay, where the roads can be steep and narrow. Send us the exact location or a map pin when you book, so your driver comes straight to the right gate. All your suitcases, pushchairs and holiday shopping go into the same vehicle.

Why make the trip? Some guests spend a few days in Antalya after their villa week, to explore Kaleiçi, the museums and the shops, or to enjoy the beach at Konyaaltı. Others have business in the city or friends and family to visit. Hotel rooms in the city are usually ready in the afternoon, so a morning pick-up in Kalkan tends to fit well; ask your hotel about a luggage room if you arrive early.

Your transfer is private: no shared shuttle and no stops for other passengers. On a ride of this length, many families choose the VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7 passengers) for its extra legroom. The Minivan (1–6) is a sensible option for couples and smaller groups, and larger villa parties of 8–16 travel together in a Mercedes Sprinter. Child seats are free; let us know the children's ages.
