Kalkan to Konyaaltı Transfer

The road from Kalkan to Konyaaltı covers about 202 km and usually takes around 3 hours 10 minutes, depending on traffic and the time of day. It runs east along the Lycian coast: past Kaş, then through Demre, Finike and Kumluca, before following the foot of the mountains past Kemer and entering Antalya from the west.

This is one of the most scenic drives in southern Turkey, with long stretches where the road sits between steep slopes and the open sea. In high summer the approach around Kemer and the entrance to the city can be slower, especially in the late afternoon, so we suggest a pick-up time that leaves a little room to spare.

Many guests split their holiday in two: first a slow week in Kalkan, then a few nights in Konyaaltı, on the west side of Antalya. Konyaaltı has a long pebble beach with mountain views, and the city centre and the historic old town of Kaleiçi are close by, so it works well for a short city break before going home.

If you are changing hotels on the same day, keep check-out and check-in times in mind. You usually leave Kalkan in the morning, while rooms in Konyaaltı are often ready only in the afternoon. Ask your new hotel about a luggage room or early check-in; with a pick-up in the late morning you arrive at a comfortable time.
