Kalkan to Antalya Airport Transfer

With a drive of around 200 minutes (3 hours 20 minutes), the pickup time is the most important decision of your departure day. We recommend arriving at Antalya Airport about 2 to 2.5 hours before an international flight, and on a journey this long it is wise to add an extra buffer for traffic, roadworks or slow sections of the coastal road.

Example: for a flight at 14:00, plan a pickup at around 07:45. That puts you at the airport at roughly 11:05–11:35 even if the road is busier than usual. For an early-morning flight this means a night-time departure from Kalkan — perfectly normal for us, and there is no night surcharge. With an evening flight, on the other hand, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast and set off around midday.

Kalkan is known for its private villas on the hillside above the harbour, and many streets there are steep and narrow. To make the pickup smooth, send us a location pin and the villa name on WhatsApp before your departure day. If the villa is hard to reach by car, we will agree a convenient meeting point close by. At hotels, the driver waits at the entrance at the agreed time.

• Arrange the key handover with your villa owner or agent in advance.
• The vehicle is reserved for you alone — no shared shuttle and no stops at other hotels.

The road from Kalkan to Antalya follows the D400 along the Lycian coast, passing Kaş, Finike and Kemer before reaching the city. It is one of the most scenic routes in Turkey, but it winds in places, so comfort matters. The VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito, with room for up to 7, is a popular choice for families and friends sharing a villa; larger groups of 8 to 16 travel in a Mercedes Sprinter, and the Minivan suits up to 6. Free child seats are fitted on request — on a drive of this length they make a real difference.
