Although the distance is a little shorter than to some Bodrum bays, about 398 km, the last part runs on smaller roads, so allow around 6 hours 15 minutes. The route goes west from Antalya over the Taurus mountains, then in the Muğla direction to the Milas–Bodrum area and onto the peninsula.

We would rather you know this up front: Milas-Bodrum Airport is only about 40 km from Yalıçiftlik, roughly 50 minutes. If your flights can go there, it is usually the better pick. Antalya remains a good choice when the flight is direct or cheaper, when the trip begins with time on the Antalya coast, when a group arrives together, or when a cruise or tour ends there.
