Antalya Hotel Transfer: Private Rides to Your Resort

The single most useful thing you can send us is the exact name of your hotel, ideally copied from your booking confirmation. The Antalya coast has hundreds of hotels, and many have very similar names: the same chain may run several properties in different resorts, and some hotels have been renamed over the years.

Large resorts can also have more than one entrance, a separate lobby for a club or family section, or a sister hotel next door. If your confirmation mentions a specific building, section or address, add it to your message. With the exact name we plan the right route and your driver stops at the correct gate, not at a neighbouring property.

If you are not sure, send a screenshot of your hotel booking; we check it for you before quoting.

Most hotel transfers start or end at Antalya Airport (AYT), and we also serve Gazipaşa-Alanya (GZP), Dalaman, Bodrum-Milas and İzmir.

• Arrival: your driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign, tracks your flight and waits free of charge if it is delayed. You then ride privately to the hotel entrance.
• Departure: we agree the pick-up time at your hotel together, based on your flight time, the distance to the airport and the time your airline recommends for check-in. The driver collects you at the hotel entrance.

It is easiest to book both directions in one message. The price is fixed per vehicle, agreed in advance, with no night surcharge and no luggage fee.

Many guests split their holiday between two places, for example a few days in Lara or Kaleiçi for the city, then a beach resort in Belek, Side or Kemer. A private hotel-to-hotel transfer makes the change simple.

• Send the names of both hotels, the date and a preferred pick-up time.
• Choose a time that suits your check-out at the first hotel and check-in at the second.
• All your luggage travels with you in the same vehicle, with no extra fee.

If you would like a short stop on the way, ask about it when you book and we will tell you what is possible.

Flight times rarely match hotel check-in and check-out times, so a little planning helps.

• Early arrival: if you land in the morning, your room may not be ready yet. Ask your hotel directly about early check-in; the transfer itself runs whenever you land.
• Late departure: if your flight leaves in the evening, ask the hotel about late check-out options. We pick you up at the time we agreed, not at check-out time.
• Night flights: a pick-up in the middle of the night costs the same as during the day. Tell reception you are leaving early so you can check out smoothly.

If your plans change, message us on WhatsApp; cancellation is free and we can move the time.

Typical drive times from Antalya Airport in normal traffic:

• Lara about 20 minutes: city beach hotels close to the airport.
• Kundu about 26 minutes: the large resort strip east of Lara.
• Belek about 40 minutes: big resorts and golf hotels.
• Side about 75 minutes: resorts around the old town and the long beaches either side.
• Kemer about 70 minutes, Tekirova about 85 minutes: hotels between the mountains and the sea west of Antalya.
• Alanya about 2 hours from AYT, or about 40 minutes from Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport.

Hotels further from the centre of each area may add a few minutes; your quote is based on your exact hotel.

Every transfer is private, so the vehicle carries only your party. Choose by group size:

• Minivan for 1–6 passengers.
• VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito for 1–7 passengers.
• Mercedes Sprinter for 8–16 passengers, ideal when several families travel to the same resort.

Child seats are free on request; just tell us the children's ages. Prams and golf bags travel at no extra cost. Payment is made in the vehicle, with no prepayment: cash, or card if agreed in advance.
