The road from the airport runs past the western edge of Antalya and Konyaaltı beach, then follows the coast south between the Taurus mountains and the sea, through Beldibi and Göynük. Kemer is the main town on this coast, known for its marina and its seafront.

The distance is about 58 km and the drive usually takes around 70 minutes, a manageable journey even with tired children.
