Antalya Wedding Transfer: Getting Every Guest There on Time

Wedding guests rarely arrive together. Some land on Thursday evening, others on Friday morning, a few come from another city on a domestic flight. Instead of asking everyone to find their own way, the couple (or the planner) sends us one guest list with names, number of people, flight numbers and the hotel each group is staying at.

We turn that list into separate private transfers. Every arrival is met in the Antalya Airport (AYT) arrivals hall with a name sign, every vehicle has its own fixed price, and nobody has to share a car with strangers or wait for a shuttle to fill up. You get the quote on WhatsApp within 1 minute of sending the details.

The more complete the list, the smoother the arrival days. For each party, include:

• Name of the lead guest and a mobile number (WhatsApp if possible)
• Number of people, including children and their ages if a child seat is needed
• Flight number and arrival date (we track the flight, so the time can change without a new message)
• Hotel or villa where they will stay
• Luggage notes: dresses in garment bags, suit carriers, a pram or extra cases
• Return date and departure flight, if already known

A simple spreadsheet or a WhatsApp message per family is fine. If guests book their flights late, just send the missing lines when they have them.

Each driver waits in arrivals with a name sign. You choose what it says. Many couples like a sign with their own names, for example "Anna & Mark Wedding", so every guest recognises it immediately. Others prefer the guest's surname, which is clearer when several groups land at the same time. Tell us your preference when you send the list.

Because flights are tracked, a delay does not cause a problem: waiting is free if the flight is late, and the driver adjusts to the real landing time. Read the Antalya Airport arrival guide and share it with guests who have never flown into AYT before.

Prices are per vehicle, not per person, so the best plan is to group guests who arrive on the same flight and stay at the same hotel.

• Minivan (1–6): a practical choice for couples and small families.

For a large wedding it is normal to mix several Vitos and Minivans with one or two Sprinters across the arrival days. The fleet page shows each vehicle, and child seats are free on request.

On the day itself guests often need to move between the hotel and the venue, sometimes in more than one wave: the bridal party early, the rest of the guests later, and a few people returning before the end of the evening.

These runs work best when they are planned in advance. Tell us the plan: how many guests, which hotels, the times you want them to arrive at the venue, and roughly when people will want to leave. We tell you what is possible and which vehicles fit. If guests are spread across several hotels in Belek, Lara or Kemer, we can collect each group from its own hotel. There is no night surcharge, so a late return after the party costs the same as an afternoon trip.

Departures are usually even more spread out than arrivals. Some guests leave the morning after, others stay for a week of holiday. You can book the return transfers at the same time as the arrivals: we note each party's departure flight and agree the pick-up time from the hotel with them.
