Antalya Airport Late Night Arrival: Your Transfer After Midnight

Many charter and low-cost flights reach Antalya between 11 pm and 4 am, especially in summer. With a pre-booked private transfer nothing about that is a problem. Before you fly, you give us your flight number. We follow the flight, so the driver knows your real landing time, not just the scheduled one. When you come out of baggage reclaim, the driver is waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name, helps with the luggage and walks you to the vehicle.

The price you agreed when booking is the price you pay. It is fixed per vehicle, not per person, and it does not change because it is night, because there is traffic or because you have extra suitcases. There is no night surcharge and no luggage fee. You pay in the vehicle at the end of the trip; there is no prepayment.

Night flights are often the last rotation of the day for an aircraft, so delays tend to pile up by the evening. A one-hour delay that turns a 23:30 landing into 00:30 is common. Because we track the flight, you do not need to send messages from the plane or change anything: the driver adjusts to the new landing time, and waiting for a delayed flight is free.

What helps us is simple. If your flight number changes, you are rebooked onto another flight, or you land at a different airport, tell us on WhatsApp as soon as you know. You can find taxis at the airport at night, but after a long flight you have to negotiate or check the meter, explain the hotel's location and hope the car has room for your bags and a child seat. Shared shuttles run on their own schedule: at night you may wait for other passengers and then ride around several hotels before yours.

A private transfer avoids all of that:

• The car is booked only for you, so you leave as soon as you have your luggage.
• You know the price before you travel, in writing in the WhatsApp chat.
• The vehicle is chosen for your group: Minivan (1–6), VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) or Mercedes Sprinter (8–16).
• Child seats requested in advance are free and already fitted when you get in.

At night the roads are quieter than in the daytime, but drive times stay roughly as below. These are typical figures from Antalya Airport:

• Kaleiçi (old town) ≈ 16 km / 25 min, Konyaaltı ≈ 24 km / 35 min
• Belek ≈ 35 km / 40 min
• Kemer ≈ 58 km / 70 min, Tekirova ≈ 70 km / 85 min
• Side ≈ 65 km / 75 min, Manavgat ≈ 70 km / 80 min
• Alanya ≈ 125 km / ≈ 2 h, Mahmutlar ≈ 137 km / 132 min

If you land at 1 am and stay in Alanya or near Kemer, plan to reach the hotel around 3 am. That is a good reason to have a seat that reclines and a driver who knows the hotel entrance, rather than searching for it yourself in the dark.

1. Tell your hotel you arrive late. Night check-in is the hotel's matter, not ours, so send them a short message with your arrival time. Ask whether the room is held if you arrive after midnight, especially when the booking date is the day before.
2. Keep the WhatsApp chat ready. Save the number and the chat with your booking before you leave home. Check that mobile data or roaming will work on arrival; WhatsApp is the quickest way to reach us if something changes.
3. Mention children and extra luggage. Child seats, a stroller or golf bags are no problem, but we need to know to send the right vehicle.
4. Check the hotel name and area. Several hotels in the region have similar names. Sending the exact name or the booking confirmation avoids confusion at 2 am.
5. Book the return at the same time. If your flight home is also early or late, it is easier to arrange both legs in one go.
