Antalya Airport to Beldibi and Göynük Transfer Guide

Beldibi and Göynük sit at the northern tip of the Kemer coast, the part nearest to Antalya. That makes them a practical choice if you want mountains and sea without a long ride after your flight. This guide covers the route, realistic drive times and how a private transfer works on this stretch.

The short end of the Kemer coast

Most people picture Kemer as one resort, but the coast south-west of Antalya is really a line of villages. Heading away from the city you reach them in this order: Beldibi, Göynük, Kemer town, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova. Beldibi is the first and Göynük the second, so they are the two you reach soonest from Antalya Airport.

For travellers arriving tired, with small children, or on a late flight, those saved minutes add up. Compared with Kemer town, Beldibi cuts roughly twenty minutes off the drive, and Göynük around ten. If you are still deciding between villages, our Kemer villages guide compares the whole coast; this article sticks to the northern pair and the trip to reach them.

How the route runs

Antalya Airport lies east of the city, while Beldibi and Göynük are to the south-west. So the first part of the journey is a loop around Antalya itself, on the city's main roads, before you join the coast road that heads towards Kemer.

Once you leave the city behind, the landscape changes quickly. The Taurus mountains close in on the right and the sea opens up on the left. Beldibi appears first, then Göynük a little further on. Because the city section comes first, the busiest part of the trip is usually the beginning, not the end; once your driver is on the coast road, the hotel is not far away.

For a broader look at journey times along the whole coast, see our Kemer transfer time and route guide.

Beldibi: a strip between mountain and sea

Beldibi is about 42 km from the airport, a drive of around 48 minutes in normal traffic. It is a narrow settlement, squeezed between the steep slopes behind it and the shoreline in front. The beaches here are mostly pebble, so water shoes are a sensible thing to pack, especially for children.

What Beldibi offers above all is proximity. You are close enough to Antalya for a trip into the city or the old town, yet you wake up with mountains behind your balcony rather than apartment blocks. The route page, with the live price table for each vehicle, is here: Antalya Airport to Beldibi.

Göynük: the next village, with a canyon behind

Göynük follows Beldibi along the coast. From the airport it is about 49 km, roughly an hour on the road. The extra distance is small, but the second half of the coast road adds a little time.

The feature people mention most is the Göynük canyon in the hills just inland. It is a natural escape from the beach for an afternoon, and it means guests here have a change of scenery within easy reach. Kemer town, with its marina, is also a short hop further down the coast if you want an evening out.

Prices and vehicle options for this route are on the Antalya Airport to Göynük page.

Times side by side

  • Beldibi: about 42 km, around 48 minutes.
  • Göynük: about 49 km, around 60 minutes.
  • Kemer town: about 58 km, around 70 minutes.

These are typical driving times. In peak season the city section can be slower, so allow some slack for any plans on arrival day. In the other direction, the same figures help you decide when to leave the hotel; our note on when to leave your hotel for the airport gives a simple rule of thumb.

Using the northern villages as a base

Staying at this end of the coast puts you between two worlds. Antalya city, with its old town and shops, is behind you, while the rest of the Kemer coast stretches ahead to the south. That position makes day outings easy in both directions: a morning in the city, an evening stroll at the marina in Kemer town, or a walk into the Göynük canyon.

If you would like a driver for those outings rather than just the airport run, mention it when you ask for a quote. The Kemer region travel guide lists what there is to see along the coast, from the mountains to the ancient sites further south.

What happens when you land

Your driver follows your flight, so an early or late landing is not a problem. After passport control and baggage, you will find the driver waiting in the arrivals hall with your name on a sign. Waiting is free if the flight is delayed.

From there it is a short walk to the vehicle and straight onto the road. The transfer is private: only your party is on board, and the driver does not stop at other hotels along the way. That is a real difference on this coast, where shared shuttles often go to several villages before yours.

Choosing the vehicle and booking

Pick by the number of travellers and the amount of luggage:

  • Minivan for 1 to 6 passengers.
  • VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito for 1 to 7 passengers, with a more comfortable cabin.
  • Mercedes Sprinter for groups of 8 to 16.

The price is per vehicle, not per head, and it stays fixed: no extra for night arrivals, no fee for suitcases. Child seats are free if you tell us the ages when you book. There is no prepayment; you pay in the vehicle in cash, or by card if agreed beforehand, and you can cancel free of charge.

Send your flight number, the hotel and the number of passengers on WhatsApp or by e-mail, and a quote comes back within a minute. You can read more about the area on the Beldibi and Göynük destination pages.
