Where to Stay in Kemer: Beldibi to Tekirova, Village by Village

Pick Kemer town if you want a centre, marina and nightlife on foot, Beldibi or Göynük if you want the shortest drive from the airport, and Tekirova or Çıralı if you want the quieter, greener south. All villages sit on the same pebble-beach coast between the Taurus Mountains and the sea, so the real difference is atmosphere and distance.

Quick answer: which Kemer village suits you?

The Kemer coast runs south-west from Antalya as a long strip squeezed between the Taurus Mountains and the Mediterranean. Driving north to south you pass Beldibi, Göynük, Kemer town, Kiriş, Çamyuva and Tekirova, and further south, off the main road, Çıralı and Olympos.

  • Shortest transfer: Beldibi (≈ 48 min) or Göynük (≈ 60 min).
  • Walk to restaurants, shops and the marina: Kemer town.
  • Resort holiday with a calmer feel: Kiriş, Çamyuva or Tekirova.
  • Small village, nature and ruins: Çıralı / Olympos.

For a wider overview of the area, see our Kemer region travel guide.

Beldibi: closest to Antalya

Beldibi is the first village you reach after the coastal road leaves Antalya. It is a narrow strip: the mountains rise almost straight behind the hotels and the beach lies directly in front. That gives it dramatic views, but little space for a real village centre, so most of life happens inside the hotels and along the main road.

Its big advantage is the drive: about 42 km and under an hour from Antalya Airport, which matters on a late arrival or with tired children, and also on departure day when you want to leave the hotel as late as possible. It is also the easiest base for trips into Antalya city. See the Antalya Airport to Beldibi route for live prices.

Göynük: resorts and a canyon behind

Göynük lies just north of Kemer town, about 49 km / 60 min from the airport. Behind the village a river cuts into the mountains and forms the Göynük Canyon, a well-known spot for walks and water activities in summer. The beach front is lined mainly with resort hotels.

Göynük suits travellers who want a resort stay with Kemer town a short drive away, without staying in the busiest part of the coast.

Kemer town: marina, Moonlight Park and nightlife

Kemer town is the heart of the coast, about 58 km / 70 min from Antalya Airport. It has a marina with boat trips leaving from the harbour, the Moonlight Park beach area next to it, a pedestrian shopping street, restaurants, bars and clubs.

Choose the town if you like to step out of the hotel and walk to dinner, or if you plan to join boat trips and evening entertainment. It is also the most practical base without a car, because the most shops, taxis and services are here. If you want quiet nights, pick a hotel a little away from the centre or one of the southern villages. Live prices are on the Antalya Airport to Kemer route.

Kiriş and Çamyuva: calm between town and Tekirova

South of Kemer town the coast widens a little and gets greener. Kiriş (≈ 66 km / 75 min) and Çamyuva (≈ 68 km / 77 min) are quieter resort villages with pine forest reaching close to the beach. Çamyuva also has a small village centre with shops and restaurants of its own.

They work well if you want a calmer holiday but still like the option of a short ride to Kemer town for the marina and shopping.

Tekirova and Çıralı/Olympos: the quiet south

Tekirova marks the southern end of the main Kemer resort strip, about 75 km / 85 min from the airport. The ancient harbour city of Phaselis, with ruins set in pine forest by small bays, is right next to it, and the Tahtalı cable car base station is nearby. It is a good pick if you want a resort holiday with sightseeing on the doorstep; read our Tahtalı cable car and Olympos guide for ideas.

Çıralı lies further south, down a side road towards the sea, about 85 km / 100 min from AYT. It is a small village of pensions and boutique hotels on a long, natural beach, next to the ruins of ancient Olympos and the Chimaera (Yanartaş) flames burning on the hillside. There is no big-resort atmosphere here, which is exactly why people come. Details are in our Olympos and Çıralı guide.

Getting there: transfer tips for the Kemer coast

All Kemer villages are reached from Antalya Airport (AYT) along the same coastal road, which passes tunnels and winding sections near the mountains. Allow the times above as typical; high-season and city traffic can add time.

  • We run private transfers only, with a fixed price per vehicle, not per person, agreed before the trip and not changed for traffic, night or luggage.
  • Your driver meets you in AYT arrivals with a name sign, tracks your flight and waits free of charge if it is delayed.
  • Choose a Minivan (1–6), VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) or Mercedes Sprinter (8–16). Child seats are free on request.
  • No prepayment: you pay in the vehicle. Book the return at the same time.

Send your hotel name via WhatsApp or the booking form and you get a fixed-price quote within 1 minute. For Çıralı, give us the exact pension name, as the village is spread out along the beach. Live prices for the southern villages are on the Antalya Airport to Tekirova and Antalya Airport to Çıralı route pages.
