Kemer to Alanya Transfer

The transfer from Kemer to Alanya covers about 180 km and usually takes around 2 hours 40 minutes. You leave the western shore, where the Taurus mountains drop into the sea, drive north along the coast into Antalya, pass around the city and then head east on the D400 through the Belek and Side area and Manavgat, until the road follows banana groves and cliffs into Alanya.

Because the trip crosses the whole region, traffic in Antalya and around Manavgat has the biggest influence on time. In July and August, and at weekday rush hours, it can take longer; early starts are usually quickest.

Travellers usually choose this route to see two very different sides of the Riviera in one holiday: the green, mountainous west with its coves and boat trips, and the lively east with Alanya's harbour, beaches and nightlife.

With almost three hours on the road, timing matters. A pick-up soon after breakfast means you arrive in Alanya around the time rooms are typically ready in the afternoon. If you would rather leave later, ask your Alanya hotel about late arrival or a luggage room in advance. All suitcases travel with you in the same private vehicle — no shuttle, no extra stops at other hotels.
