Alanya to Kemer Transfer

Alanya and Kemer sit at opposite ends of the Antalya region, so this is one of the longer resort-to-resort trips: about 180 km, usually around 2 hours 40 minutes of driving. The first part follows the D400 west past Manavgat, the Side area and Belek. The road then skirts around Antalya and continues south-west along the coast, where the Taurus mountains come down almost to the sea, before reaching Kemer.

Passing Antalya is the part that varies most. Weekday rush hours and summer weekends can slow things down around the city, so a departure in the middle of the morning or early afternoon is often the most relaxed. Tell us roughly when you want to arrive and we will help you pick a start time.

Guests usually make this move to see two very different sides of the coast in one trip. Alanya offers a busy promenade, the castle and wide beaches; Kemer is greener, framed by pine-covered mountains, with a marina and quieter coves nearby. Some start in Kemer and finish in Alanya instead, which works just as well.

Because the drive takes most of a morning, it pays to coordinate it with your hotels. Check-out is normally in the morning and your new room is often ready in the afternoon, so leaving Alanya around late morning usually lines up nicely. If you arrive before your room is ready, ask the Kemer hotel about leaving your bags or an early check-in.

The vehicle is reserved for you alone: no shared shuttle and no detours to drop off other guests. For close to three hours on the road, many couples and families choose the roomy VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7 passengers). The Minivan (1–6) is a practical alternative, and groups of 8–16 travel together in a Mercedes Sprinter. Child seats are free on request, and every suitcase, pushchair and beach bag goes with you in the same car.

A day trip to Kemer and back from Alanya would mean more than five hours in the car, so most guests only do it as a one-way move.
