Kemer to Tekirova Transfer

The transfer from Kemer to Tekirova covers about 17 km and normally takes around 20 minutes. The car follows the coastal road south, past Kiriş and Çamyuva, with the Taurus mountains on one side and pine forest running down towards the sea. Tekirova lies at the very end of this stretch, close to the ruins of ancient Phaselis.

Even in high summer this is an easy drive, although the centre of Kemer can be slow in the evening when the town fills up. Because the trip is short, it fits neatly between breakfast and lunch, or into a free afternoon.

Many guests change hotels without leaving the region: a few nights close to the marina, shops and restaurants of Kemer, then a quieter week among the pines in Tekirova – or the other way round. With suitcases, pushchairs and beach gear, a short transfer is much easier than juggling taxis or a bus.

Hotels usually expect you to check out in the morning, while rooms are generally ready in the afternoon. Ask your hotel in Tekirova about a luggage room or early check-in, and you can be on the beach while your room is prepared. Everything travels with you in one vehicle.

The short distance also makes Tekirova an easy outing from Kemer: to visit Phaselis, spend a day on a different beach or meet friends staying in another hotel. Book the trip with an agreed pick-up time back and the driver will collect you in Tekirova and return you to your hotel in Kemer.
