Kemer to Kalkan Transfer

The drive is about 166 km and usually takes around 160 minutes. From Kemer you go south past Tekirova and stay on the coast road through Kumluca, Finike and Demre. You then pass Kaş and continue for the last stretch along the cliffs to Kalkan, a whitewashed village climbing the hillside above its bay. Much of the way runs between mountains and sea, with bends in places, so a calm, unhurried driver makes a real difference.

There is no Antalya traffic on this route, but summer weekends can still slow things down, so treat the time as approximate.

A typical plan is a few days of all-inclusive comfort in Kemer, then a quieter week in Kalkan, often in a rented villa with its own pool. To make the handover smooth:

• Check with your villa owner or agency what time the keys are available; it is usually the afternoon. Choose your pick-up time in Kemer to match.
• Send us the address or a location pin. Roads around Kalkan can be steep and narrow, and the car stops at the nearest accessible point.
• Everything you brought travels in the same vehicle, from suitcases to inflatables, with no luggage fee.

Staying in a hotel instead? If you arrive before your room is ready, ask the reception about leaving your bags.

Couples and small families usually book a Minivan (1–6 passengers). The VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) adds comfort for a drive of this length. Friends sharing a large villa often travel together in a Mercedes Sprinter (8–16) rather than splitting up. Child seats are free on request. Every transfer is private, and the price is fixed per vehicle, not per person (see the price table above). Late departures carry no night surcharge.
