Alanya to Mahmutlar Transfer

Mahmutlar lies just east of Alanya, about 12 km from the town centre. The drive normally takes around 15 minutes, following the D400 east along the sea past the eastern districts of Alanya and Kestel. Behind you is the castle peninsula; ahead, the long seafront of Mahmutlar with its many hotels and apartment complexes.

In the busy summer months, traffic in central Alanya can slow the first few kilometres, particularly in the evening, so allow a little extra time if you have an appointment.

Twelve kilometres sounds like nothing – until you are standing outside a hotel with three suitcases, a pushchair and tired children.
