Çark Beach lies on the coast just south of the village of Alaçatı, on the Çeşme peninsula. The nearest airport is İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), about 78 km or roughly 65 minutes by road. Almost the whole way is on the İzmir–Çeşme motorway, and Alaçatı lies close to it, so the airport run is straightforward. Expect heavier traffic on summer Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons, when many İzmir residents head to and from the peninsula.

From Alaçatı village the beach is only a few minutes away; from Çeşme town or Ilıca it is a short drive, and from Dalyan or Boyalık a little longer. In high season the coastal road and parking areas get busy, so your driver drops you at the nearest accessible point — usually the beach parking or the entrance of your beach club — and picks you up at the same clearly agreed spot.

The wind usually builds during the day and is often strongest in the afternoon, so swimmers and families with small children tend to prefer the morning, while windsurfers come later. In midsummer the midday sun is intense: bring sun cream, a hat, water and a light layer, as the breeze can feel cool in the evening. If you want to try windsurfing, ask the surf centres in the bay about lessons and conditions — that is arranged directly with them.

Çark Beach is easy to combine with an afternoon in the stone streets and around the old windmills of Alaçatı, the castle and harbour of Çeşme, or the calmer, shallow bay of Ilıca on the north coast.
