Antalya City Centre to Lara Transfer

The drive from Antalya city centre to Lara is one of the shortest transfers we run: about 15 km and roughly 20 minutes, depending on traffic. You leave the busy centre behind, head east through the newer districts of the city and arrive on the coast where the long sandy beach of Lara begins. On summer evenings and during weekday rush hours the city streets can slow things down a little, so allow some extra time if you have a fixed check-in or a dinner reservation.

Because it is a private transfer, the car goes straight from your address to the door of your hotel in Lara. There is no shared shuttle and no stopping at other hotels along the way.

Many guests start their holiday with a few nights in Kaleiçi or near the city centre to explore the old town, the harbour and the shops, and then move to Lara for a relaxed beach week. Others do it the other way round. Either way, the practical question is timing: hotel rooms are usually ready in the afternoon, so if you check out in the morning, ask your Lara hotel whether they have a luggage room or can offer early check-in.

If you are staying inside Kaleiçi, keep in mind that the old town has narrow lanes. Your driver will meet you at the nearest point a car can reach, and all of your suitcases travel with you in the same vehicle, so nothing has to be sent separately.
