Antalya City Centre to Side Transfer

Side lies on the coast east of Antalya, roughly 74 km from the city centre. Plan on around 1 hour 15 minutes; the drive can be shorter early in the morning and longer on busy summer afternoons. The route leaves the city to the east and follows the main D400 coastal highway past the Belek turn-off and Serik, before branching off towards Side shortly before Manavgat.

The Side area is spread out: the ancient town sits on a small peninsula, with hotel districts such as Kumköy, Sorgun, Kızılağaç and Çolaklı along the beaches on either side. Give us the exact hotel name or address, and the driver will take you to the door. Parts of Side's old town are closed to traffic, so if you are staying inside it, the car stops at the nearest accessible point.

A popular plan is to see Antalya first – Kaleiçi, the museum, the cliffs above the sea – and then settle into a beach hotel in Side for the rest of the holiday. With a private transfer the move is relaxed: your own vehicle, your own driver, no shared shuttle and no stops at other hotels.

Most hotels hand over rooms in the afternoon. If you leave the city in the morning, ask your Side hotel about a luggage room or early check-in and spend the first hours at the pool or on the beach. Leaving after a late check-out works just as well – choose the pick-up time that fits your plans.
