From Dalaman Airport (DLM) the road heads west along the coast, past the yacht bays of Göcek, and reaches Fethiye after about 40 minutes. Çalış lies on the northern side of the town, in the Foça neighbourhood, so the last stretch avoids the harbour centre. In total the trip is about 49 km and usually takes around 50 minutes.
