The route leaves Dalaman Airport on the main coast road heading west, passes Göcek with its yacht bays and marinas, and reaches the outskirts of Fethiye. From there the road climbs into the hills to Ovacık and Hisarönü, two neighbouring villages on the way down to Ölüdeniz and its Blue Lagoon. The whole trip is about 64 km and usually takes around 65 minutes.

The hotel now operates as St. Nicholas Park Hotel. Either name works when you book; the driver will know where to go.

Hisarönü is a natural base for groups of friends: Ölüdeniz is just below, and paragliding from Babadağ starts nearby. If there are eight or more of you, a Mercedes Sprinter takes 8–16 passengers, so the whole group arrives together in one vehicle.

The hotel sets the check-out time. For an international flight, be at the airport about 2–3 hours before departure: with around 65 minutes on the road plus a margin, a 15:00 flight means leaving Hisarönü at about 11:00–11:15. Be in the lobby at the agreed time, with everyone in the group ready.
