DoubleTree by Hilton Izmir is a 5-star hotel in İzmir, roughly 18 km from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB). The drive usually takes around 30 minutes, a little longer in weekday rush hour. For a business traveller that means you can land, collect your bag and be in the city before your first call, without queuing for a taxi or working out bus connections.

İzmir is a working city as much as a holiday one: the Kordon seafront, Alsancak and Konak are where much of the day happens, and a fixed, pre-booked car keeps the arrival simple.

All our vehicles are vans. A solo traveller or a small team usually takes a Minivan (1–6 passengers) or the VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7), which gives you room to work on a laptop on the way in. For a delegation or a company group of 8–16 people, a Mercedes Sprinter keeps everyone and every case in one vehicle. Free child seats are available on request if you are travelling with family.

There is no prepayment. You pay in the vehicle, in cash, or by card if agreed in advance, and cancellation is free. Many business guests book the return at the same time: tell us your departure flight and we agree a pickup time from the hotel lobby. As a rule of thumb, aim to be at ADB about 2 hours before an international flight; with a 30-minute drive, leaving the hotel around 2.5–3 hours before departure gives a comfortable margin. Check-out times are set by the hotel, so ask reception if you need a late one.
