Antalya Cruise Port Transfer: Airport, Hotels and Shore Days

Cruise ships call at Antalya's port on the western side of the city, close to the Konyaaltı district and its long pebble beach. The airport is on the opposite, eastern side of Antalya, so the road between them crosses the city: count on ≈ 30 km. Traffic in the city centre can add time, especially in high season, so leave a comfortable margin on embarkation and departure days.

A private transfer is the simplest way to cover that distance with luggage. The driver meets you, loads the cases and drives directly to the ship or the terminal at the airport, with no stops for other passengers. If your cruise begins or ends in Antalya, you will need one of these transfers:

• Airport → port on embarkation day: we track your flight, meet you in arrivals with a name sign and drive you to the port. Waiting is free if the flight is delayed.
• Port → airport on disembarkation day: tell us your flight time and when you expect to leave the ship, and we agree the pick-up time with you.
• Port ↔ hotel: many passengers add a night or two before or after the cruise. Hotels in Konyaaltı are the closest to the port; Kaleiçi, Lara, Belek and Kemer are also easy by car.

Cruise luggage is usually larger than for a beach holiday: formal clothes, several suitcases per couple, sometimes a wheelchair or a pram. Tell us the number of cases when you book so we send the right vehicle:

• Minivan (1–6) for a couple or a small family
• VIP Mercedes-Benz Vito (1–7) for a family or friends with plenty of luggage
• Mercedes Sprinter (8–16) for a group travelling together on the same ship

There is no luggage fee. If you have a long gap between leaving the ship and your flight, ask us about a stop in the city on the way to the airport; tell us the plan and we tell you what is possible.

On a port call you have a few hours and want to use them well. A car with driver picks you up at the port and follows the plan you agreed in advance. Popular choices within reach of the port:

• Kaleiçi, the old town with its harbour, narrow streets and Hadrian's Gate, the shortest outing from the ship
• Düden waterfalls, where the river drops into the sea on the Lara side of the city
• Perge, a large Roman-era city east of Antalya
• Aspendos, the famous Roman theatre further east, a longer trip that suits a full port day

The one rule of every shore day: the ship does not wait. When you book, tell us the all-aboard time printed in your cruise documents, not just the departure time. We then plan the day backwards from that time and agree with you when the driver brings you back to the port.

Leave a generous buffer for traffic and for walking back to the ship, and do not try to squeeze in one more sight at the end.
