Lara to Manavgat Transfer

The Lara to Manavgat transfer is about 77 km and usually takes around 75 minutes. From the sandy beach of Lara, on the east side of Antalya, the route joins the D400 coastal highway and runs east past the airport area, the turn-off for Belek and the farmland around Serik before reaching Manavgat. The town lies on the Manavgat river, just inland from the beaches that stretch towards Side.

Summer traffic is heaviest around midday and in the early evening, especially through the towns along the way. Leaving in the morning usually keeps the drive close to the typical time. If you need to arrive by a certain hour, tell us and we will suggest a pick-up time.

Manavgat is a popular day trip for guests staying in Lara. The waterfall just outside town, boat trips on the river and the busy local market are the usual reasons to go, and nearby Side with its ancient theatre is easy to add. Book the outward drive and agree a pick-up time for the way back; the same private vehicle brings you home to your hotel in Lara.

If you have a business meeting or are visiting friends in the area, the arrangement works the same way: you choose the times and travel without waiting for a bus.

Some travellers split their stay between a city-side beach and a quieter resort near Side. Check-out is usually in the morning and rooms are often ready in the afternoon, so ask your new hotel about a luggage room or early check-in.
